Terms of Service & Refund Policy

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Plexius website (https://plexius.net) or making a purchase on our webstore. By accessing our website, playing on our Minecraft server, or buying a package, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Virtual Goods & Store Purchases

All purchases made on the Plexius store are payments for digital, virtual game items and ranks used within the Plexius Minecraft server.

  • These items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for physical currency, and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
  • We reserve the right to alter, update, or remove virtual items, perks, and ranks at any time to preserve server balance and gameplay health.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital and instantaneous delivery of virtual items, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

  • Once a package is delivered to your Minecraft username, the service is considered fully rendered.
  • If you are banned, suspended, or blocked from accessing the Plexius Minecraft server due to a violation of our in-game rules, you will not be entitled to a refund for any active or past purchases.

3. Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to file a dispute, chargeback, or claim with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment gateway (such as PayPal).

  • Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in an immediate, permanent, and automated ban from the Plexius Minecraft server, webstore, and Discord community.
  • We reserve the right to share transaction logs, server connection records (IP addresses), and delivery confirmations with payment processors to contest any fraudulent disputes.

4. Delivery of Purchases

Most packages are delivered automatically in-game within 5 to 15 minutes of payment completion.

  • Username Accuracy: You must enter your exact Minecraft username at checkout.
  • Java vs. Bedrock Formatting: Bedrock edition players must format their usernames exactly as instructed during checkout (e.g., adding a dot . prefix and replacing spaces with underscores) to ensure the system recognizes the account. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from mistyped usernames.
  • If your purchase does not arrive within 24 hours, please contact server support on our Discord server with your Tebex transaction ID.

5. Limitation of Liability

Plexius is not affiliated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or any of their partners. Mojang Studios does not endorse, support, or take responsibility for any transactions on this storefront. Under no circumstances shall Plexius be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
